Coming home doesn't mean the battle is over. With over 10 times the amount of veterans lost to suicide than to combat operations in the same time period, there has never been a more important time to TAKE A STAND and DO something to support our veterans!! After consulting with the State Leadership, we, as a Post, will cancel all upcoming non-VFW events pending State guidance. This includes all Canteen operations and functions. I will send out the details to the members to ensure that we are continuing to conduct VFW business. I am fully committed to maintain the values and core of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, during this time of turmoil. Stay Strong and take care of each other!
